Verification of Marks for CBSE Main Examination 2011

The Central Board of Secondary Education has started with the facility of verification of marks for students who want to get their result confirmed. Candidates who wish to verify their marks in a particular subject/ subjects can send their application to the respective regional offices from the date of declaration of result.
Candidates can fill form for verification of marks from the website www.cbse.nic.in/welcome.htm. In case a candidate urgently needs to verify his/ her marks; they can apply only within 5 days from the date of declaration of result by paying a fee of Rs 300 per subject. They can confirm their result within 21 days from the date of declaration of result by paying a fee of Rs 200 per subject.

The payment can be made through demand draft favouring Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education payable at the respective regional office. 
The verification of marks will include checking if all the answers have been evaluated, error in the totalling of marks for each question in that subject, if marks have been transferred correctly on the title page of the answer book and award list and if the supplementary answer book(s) attached with the answer book (mentioned by the candidate) are intact.
