Documents Required from the  Candidates Short listed for KASHMIRI
MIGRANTS Counseling
Following  original  certificates  /  documents  (with  one  set  of  photocopy  of  each  original
document for submission at  the  time of counselling) are required from  the candidates shortlisted
for  KASHMIRI  MIGRANTS  counseling.  Candidates  reporting  for  seeking  admission  should
come  in person with  these documents as per prescribed  schedule,  those candidates who  fail  to
get  the documents verified on  the  specified date  cannot be permitted  to participate  in  the
counseling process and will not be provided admission under this special quota. 
 
1-  Original Mark sheet of (10+2) or equivalent examination. 
2-  Original 10th
 (High School) certificate for proof of age. 
3-  Original Proof of being Kashmiri Migrant from competent authority.
4-  Three passport size recent photographs. 
5-  An advance fee of Rs. 5000=00 in the form of crossed demand draft and counseling fee
of   Rs.  500=00  in  the  form  of Account  Payee  demand  draft  (both  drafts  should  be
drawn  in  favour  of  “Finance  Officer,  Mahamaya  Technical  University,  Noida”,
payable at Noida and are to be deposited at the time of reporting.
